1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Invofy ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Invofy is a mobile invoicing application for iOS and Android. It lets you create professional invoices and estimates, manage clients and business profiles, customize branded PDF documents, and track income and reporting data.
Key features include:
- Invoice and estimate creation with flexible line items
- Client and business profile management
- Branded PDF generation, export, and sharing
- Income reporting and CSV exports
- Multi-currency support across 47+ currencies
3. Account Registration
To use Invofy, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Subscription Plans
Invofy offers a free tier and a Pro subscription (Invofy Pro) with expanded features including unlimited invoices, custom branding, PDF export and share, and priority support.
4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through the platform store you use to download the app — Apple App Store for iOS users, and Google Play for Android users. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable store's payment terms and conditions.
4.3 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- You will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
- No refunds for partial periods or unused service, except as required by law
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or Google Play account settings (Android). Upon cancellation, your Pro access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Share your account with others
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Resell or redistribute the service
6. Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or terminate the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
7. Intellectual Property
Invofy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Third-Party Services
Invofy uses third-party services for authentication, subscription management, analytics, and crash reporting. We are not responsible for interruptions or changes in those third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVOFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
11. Data Protection and GDPR
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. 12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment
- Abuse of the service
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international e-commerce laws and regulations applicable to digital services.
14. Dispute Resolution
For EU customers: In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for resolving disputes. The ODR platform can be accessed at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You may also contact your local consumer protection authority or seek resolution through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in your country.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
